How the Fundraiser Works

1. Sign Up Your Organization
Contact Danny, and we’ll get your group registered, and you’ll receive:
- Order form template for participants
- A master order template
- Instructions for collecting and submitting totals -
2. Collect Orders From Your Supporters
Your group members take orders from family, friends, coworkers, and the community.
Once all sales are collected, your team compiles everything into one master list. -
3. Submit Your Master Order
Bring your organization’s completed master order and payment directly to George’s Market.
- Payment must be made by cheque only (Credit cards are not accepted for fundraisers)
- Your organization writes one cheque less the percentage you earn back -
4. Pickup & Distribution
When we receive your order, we will determine a pickup date based on the size of your order and prepare your full organization order for pickup.
Your organization is responsible for:
- Picking up the entire order at once
- Handling individual distribution to your supporters
